Sheffield Pride is hosting a Question Time style event on Wednesday 29 April featuring candidates from The Conservatives, The Green Party, UKIP, Labour and The Liberal Democrats – and you can take part!
The UK general election is around the corner and with less than two weeks to go, Sheffield Prise is inviting the LGBT community, which statistically is less likely to vote than those that identify as straight, to ask their questions to local candidates standing for election.
The event, which promises to be both lively and informative, will feature Clive Betts (Labour), Matt Sleat (Conservative), Simon Clement-Jones (Liberal Democrats), Jillian Creasy (Green Party) and Steven Winstone (UKIP).
Sheffield Pride Question Time is taking place on Wednesday 29 April at The University of Sheffield and all you have to do to register for a seat is send questiontime@sheffieldpride.co.uk an email.
