Is Sharrow Festival the perfect Viva Climax warm-up? We think it might be.
Take Saturday off; it’s set to be a real treat. Not only is Viva Climax taking over the Interval Garden between 4 and 11pm, Sharrow Festival is kicking off earlier in the day.
Sharrow Festival was originally set to go ahead earlier this summer but was rescheduled due to bad weather and the new date is Saturday 22 August.
Performing acts at Sharrow Festival include Truly Apparent, Bongo Bert, Steel City Rhythm, Silver Darlings and Bella Shimmy. The festival which, just like Viva Climax, is free to attend is open to everyone.
The festival is taking part between 12 noon and 6pm in Mount Pleasant Park and you can read more about all the festivities on the website or the Facebook event.
